What is the cost and what does a subscription pay for?
Most of the functions in the Segway Intelligent Ride System need to be connected to the vehicle, cloud, and app through a network to provide the services. The annual subscription covers fees for network traffic, cloud data storage, and services provided by third parties to make technologies possible.
One year is provided free with every new e-bike purchase. Thereafter, users will need to renew their subscription through the app to use enhanced features.
Vehicle data is confidential for users of Segway-Ninebot and is used only to provide you with necessary functions and services. Segway-Ninebot will comply with user privacy agreements and relevant laws and regulations.
